Does anybody else get unreasonably frustrated with opposing fans in LES?

I need to be better. I had a Cal fan sitting next to me and every time Cal would do something good and he cheered, I got really bugged. How do you guys cope with this? I'm trying to mentally separate them cheering FOR their team as being different from cheering AGAINST my team.
