willing to take a stand. I know there is a steep drop off in talent at BYU, but as a coach you have to be willing to set the tone, even if it means dropping a game or two to set the culture for the future. It’s not easy, but it would be totally worth it in the end. Bronco demanded accountability and got better results. That is all I am saying. Demand accountability and things will change. I don’t believe our two and three star athletes are dumber than four and five star athletes, but they sure seem to make way more mistakes when they are least able to make up for them. It comes down to a lack of discipline and accountability.
