Stop it.
Saban didn't always have the kind of talent that he has now. He developed talent, established expectations and at every school he was at he improved the program until he's where he's at today. Saying that the talent he has today means that he didn't so the same thing in the past is flawed logic. One of the reasons he got where he is today in the college game is because of the expectations that he set and the buy-in he got from the players.
Saban has Alabama as arguably the most successful college program in history based on the talent he has recruited AND the culture he has established. The culture came first.
