So if you're interested. Portland, LMU and SMC Are the other teams in the WCC
that will likely give BYU some trouble. Portland is also 9-0, and is receiving votes in the Top 25. LMU of 8-1 and SMC is 7-2. Sam Diego is 2-4 but for whatever reason is ranked. LMU is also receiving votes in the top 25.
Actually USD has played a tough non conference schedule, playing several ranked teams. They've beaten Tennessee and #12 Baylor, and lost to Tennessee, Washington twice and UCLA.
It looks like USD could be the biggest challenge for BYU in conference play.
