Sagarin's new rating system with last year always weighting so heavily is dumb
BYU is still #61 after yesterday. Right behind Northwestern, who's 1-2 and just lost to Akron. Even after 4 games last year will still be weighted at 15% of a team's rating. I know he thinks it provides a more accurate system, but with so much turnover in college football I wouldn't think it does.
