With that many people, pump it every 2-3 years.

I would also go with the bigger tank and make sure it has two chambers, inspection ports, and a filter. You could also look at having redundant leach lines installed with a valve to switch back and forth.

When it comes to septic systems, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
