I've always felt there is more to any story than most of us ever know, so I can't figure out why a person would say some of the rotten things you just said here.  It certainly can't be based in reality because kids don't fire coaches, and every kid and coach I've talked to who knows Johnson really likes him.  Here's an idea for serious Cougar fans: have some faith in Coach Rose and the coaches in the Pac-12, Big 12, ACC, WCC, and Big 10 who have recruited Johnson.  Seems they might have a pretty good idea of what he can do on the court better than anyone posting here. And let's also remember that those recruiting him include two recent Final Four teams (Oregon and Gonzaga), and other universities who continue to put guys in the NBA on a regular basis.  These schools likely don't recruit kids who are slow, unathletic, or unable to get them back to that level.
