I wish we could have capitalized on some 1st quarter opportunities but it is what it was. Your guys played some smart football after that and didn’t let us back in the game... THAT is good coaching...

A big deal was made about our overall team speed, especially on Defense...

I do not care what they say about Washington’s speed... You Guys saw the most speed you will see the rest of of this regular season. WE ARE FAST on DEFENSE... LSU coach says we play faster then LSU on D... He see’s us all year... His son’s play for us and he attends at least 2 or 3 McNeese games a year thanks to scheduling and a private a Jet... Grimes had a good plan for that... Note the Hurry up offense to keep our Defense confused? That slowed our team speed down and made us stop and think instead of just play our game.... Again, that’s Quality Coaching.... Grimes and Lamb have coached against McNeese in past years...

You guys had a plan for our speed and you will handle anything Washington can dish out because they will not play faster then our Defense... I’m watching them play ASU now... their WIde outs are fast. Their defense isn’t nearly as fast as ours...

You will also be able to run better on them then you did on us... we don’t let ANYONE run on us and y’all managed 160 yards. TWICE as much as we let anyone run on us in 3 years! Your size was the difference and the extra 22 scholarships... You WILL run on Washington. Double what you ran on us. Keep their offense on the sidelines and off the field...

Your coaching staff had a great game plan for us. Grimes knew McNeese well after prepping for us for McNeese. He is your MVP of the game...

Win a bunch of games because it will help our RPI come in layoff time...
