Limited talent. There is no separation between them and DBs when the ball
arrives and they are not making catches in traffic.
Some of it is on Tanner as he rarely throws a pass that isn't late. Some of it is on receivers not catching the ball while covered. Some of it may be a combination of receivers and coaches for poor routes and inability to create space.
