you should at least be contributing to the 403b. there is some risk associated
with the 457b, however - just be sure you understand that risk.

Do the 457 plan, but also have some investments in a normal brokerage account

Mine will only match contributions to the 401k but they offer an unmatched 403b and might have the 457 too

See if your plan allows for after tax contributions. You can add up to 55k
