If we start like that vs Washington, we easily could be down 3+ scores by the end of the 1st quarter. After 4 games this year, I've seen nothing that would indicate we have the offensive firepower to reduce a 21 point deficit. (In 16 quarters of football, we had a good 3Q @ AZ and 2Q vs McNeese. AZ has no defense at all, and the McNeese quarter was much more about Cowboy offensive mistakes, giving us short fields).

I'm not bagging our offense, I'm thrilled that we've drastically reduced big mistakes and turnovers vs P5 opponents. And I am a Grimes fan. We look so much better than last year so far.
