He bought it a couple years ago and they've been working on clearing it so they can build a rental house - but right now the only major thing on the property is a trailer. His buddy is going to move the trailer for him (my brother doesn't live in Florida) and then hope for the best as far as some of the smaller things they've added that can't be moved.
