This is true, but it's not a lot of kids, and they are ones with really bad academics.
Some of those kids end up in a JC anyway. A couple at Utah because they would take them.
So there is some truth. BUt it happened to Bronco as well, so it isn;t new, even if DS thinks it is. And it still doesn't explain the results in 2017 or 2018.
