Its hard to imagine the administration having a huge impact in this aspect of recruiting. Considering Kalani's reputation as a recruiter when he was hired, 3 for 10 would've been mildly disappointing but acceptable. 3 for 20 was a colossal failure. Kalani simply lost guys like McKee & Kump, the administration had nothing to do with it.
