Yeah, HIPPA. I get it. BYU seems like HIPPA on steroids. Not sure if it’s an injury or something he changed to in an effort to improve. Don’t know.
His throws look effortless in his Elite 11 highlights. Something changed.
By no means do I think Tanner’s struggles are all in him. That his freshman year was his most effective is a program failure.
