Watching the BSU-CSU highlights from last night, just watched a play the Cougars should add as a wrinkle.
It was 3rd down at the beginning of the 4th quarter. BSU with the ball. They had set up the screen right and trotted the right side of the line to the 2nd level. Tailback #22 was out there at the far right, not quite behind the line so linebackers spotted him and ran to him. Rypien states him down until the last second and the threw it to what appeared to be one of his lineman, but it was their blocking tight end (their Nwigwe equivalent).
D line had collapsed on Rypien, linebackers had bit down on the running back and tight end had 10 yards before he found a safety. Could have gone for more yards had the tight end taken a better route post catch.
