There is no definitive winner. It’s best to acknowledge that good food exists most places. If you scoff at American
cuisine (“doesn’t crack the top 10” as someone on this thread mentioned) you deserve to be laughed at. American food is objectively very good. Steak, hamburgers, burnt ends (and all barbecue for that matter), fried chicken, etc... American cuisine is probably the most diverse in the world as well.

Remember, steak is a traditionally American meal. Then you get BBQ, Hamburgers, Pizza, Salmon from PNW, etc
