I think coaches across the entire country make multiple mistakes...
and will make them several times during a game, as will players. You typically see this balance out from time to time when a player or players will make up for the coaching mistake and visa versa.

The problem with BYU is that we aren't all that talented of a team... our talent level is incredibly low right now. On top of that, we are playing a ton of Freshman as well.

Another thing that I'm tired of seeing Sitake do, and he needs to keep it to an absolute minimum or just stop doing it at all... but he needs to quit moving players around from position to position... stop moving a running back to a corner, or a LB to OL. Give these players time to get into their position and learn, let the player decide if he wants to move. Sitake isn't doing himself any favors with his depth by moving players around to different positions because he doesn't want to recruit for that position during the previous class or the current recruiting class.

If he needs a safety and/or he needs the depth now at a certain position, go get a JC safety or a JC player. Lavell made a living off of doing this. Mind you, Lavell had the benefit of Ricks College, but even still... he hit the JC Ranks at multiple other schools as well.

BYU's coaches margin for error is razor thin... Saban can crap the bed in coaching for a game and still come out winning 45 to 9.
