It is common practice for the upper level distributors to have them specially constructed when they build a new home. Ill try and dig up some facebook photos and post them here if I can find them.

I have also seen with the Utah distributors they will convert the wine cellar of their newly purchased mansion and convert the wine shelves to oil racks. Its truly insane. One in particular had a larger inventory than the corporate headquarters pick up distribution room.
