Utah State is 21st in the country at defensive FEI,

Toledo has the 7th best kickoff return unit in the country and the BEST punt return unit in the country

Iowa is 16th in defensive FEI

Fresno State is 9th in defensive FEI

Oregon is 19th in kickoff returns

Those are the top 5 teams in offensive ASFP
