This morning I decided to swim 100 laps in the pool. I
totally sandbagged it the first half, but afterwards I realized I didn't even check my time. I am assuming at around 2 minutes per 100, but it is a guess since. I have never really timed myself, but I am really interested in doing so. However how do you check your intervals in this case 100 times without stopping your swim? I am assuming we are dealing with wrist tech of some kind and no I don't have anyone willing to sit there and clock my times, and my gym doesn't have a lap clock.
