I pray I never end up in a place where you are in a position of influence for my

kids or friends' kids. Not a youth leader, not a school teacher, not a coach or even neighbor. A "that sucks but oh well it's all for the better" attitude is the LAST thing any youth (or adult for that matter) who finds him or herself struggling with any personal issue needs. So insensitive.
