They are super organized (some better than others)with coaches running the drills.
There are multiple coaches at some of the camps evaluating the players.
Lineman are often cut toba final 5 and that can be for whatever reasons for that particular day. Sometimes its to see kids already on coaches radar..sometimes its matchuosbwith particular kids ,sometimes its to protect kids already on radar. It varies.

To your point about mvp ar camps that can be arbitrary or meann something. Ive seen mvp given to the rudy of the camp.
I've been to camps where the two clearly best lineman didnt make the final 5 nor did they get mvp and camps where they did.
