Other things that are in that category for me include taking family vacations, going on walks/hikes, taking hot baths, listening to good music, having personal down time, being intimate with my spouse, and eating foods like almonds, berries, and seafood.
I try not to cut back on stuff in this category because, goodness knows, life is filled with enough stuff that is not healthy, not enjoyable, or both.
