as his ten years at BYU.  Bronco just wasn't the same coach he was after his first few years.  He coasted his last six years.  Unfortunately, Kalani struggles to get where Bronco coasted.  I think Kalani has a higher ceiling than Bronco, but his lack of organizational skills will likely keep him from reaching his potential.  Too bad Bronco never went after Kalani to help train him as a future head coach.
