I asked some people that I thought might know about Puka...

I really don't think they knew much. Said that at one point that his commitment was wavering to USC because of the potential turmoil at USC with the coaches. But the HC is not getting fired this season, so I'm betting that he does sign with USC. This is pure speculation.
