The "transformation" begins this week. I'm not going to make a lot of sudden changes in my diet because that hasn't worked well for me in times past. I think I'll replace one unhealthy habit at a time with a good habit. In theory, it'll make a difference over time. Now the hard part begins.
This week, I'll work ln eliminating caffeine. I plan on being caffeine-free by this time in two weeks. I absolutely love a few tall 32oz cups of pebble ice for my soda pop. I think I'll decrease the amount 25% each day till I'm at zero. Then try to maintain.
