until 2014.  Also, his hiring of Brian Santiago and his lack of controlling of Santiago has been a major concern for me.  Also, the big one, his dedication to independence and playing hard ball with the Big12 was foolish.  Those are a lot of the easy to see mistakes right on the surface.  Holmoe is a nice guy and would have been great if he had remained an AD just in charge of working with boosters.  He is in over his head at BYU though.
