What about the lack of understanding of BYU's value during the last Big 12 exp

or the marriage to independence during the first Big 12 expansion? What about the way he lets Brian Santiago cause all kinds of issues for our programs? He is a great guy for roles like working with boosters. He never had the expertise or skill to run the entire AD at a major university.
