Impaired people. Sorenson family backed it. It’s called caption call. That phone allowed me to get back in business after reaching the point where I could no longer hear on a phone. It’s not perfect but it works. What a blessing in my life. I’ll have to test a few swear words in my next call.

I always wonder what people think when they are transcribing one of my business calls. Would be a very interesting job.

Another interesting tidbit is that it’s illegal for a non-hearing impaired person to use the phone since it’s a subsidized service for handicapped people. The installer was very clear on that point and there is a warning on the phone.
