Of course it is. And it's not even hard. Just keep things clean as you go. You finish your pasta dinner? Don't just put

the dishes in the sink. Turn the water on and rinse them before the sauce hardens. Your kids are playing with toys? Make them put one away before getting a new one out. You changing into your lazy pants after work? Throw your dirty clothes in a hamper, hang the clean ones up while you change.

Then, the times where you previously labored to pick up can be spent actually cleaning things. It's not hard to be clean, you just have to always do it.
