as for the FCS schools I think Dixie will surpass both Weber and SUU given some time. Weber is a commuter school, much like Utah, so the college experience is not all that great there. SUU is a good college experience and that helps to keep them competitive with Weber which is in a bigger metro area, they kind of offset each other.

But Dixie is located in a more desirable location than either of them, a kid can go to Dixie and get a real college town experience, like at SUU, but also be in better weather and St. George is a better metro area than Ogden. Both SUU and Weber are better academic institutions than Dixie is currently and that will help them to stay competitive with Dixie but I think given some time that Dixie will surpass both of them athletically and if it can improve its academics it will probably jump far ahead of both of them.
