I respect people who don't like them.  They are very different from the twice fried, battered, seasoned, or otherwise altered typical fast-food fries. (Which are often amazing.)

But In-in-out fries remind me of the rare but fun nights at home when we just cut up potatoes and made our own fries.  Simple and still delicous.
