"Is" is a good question. Has been for two years is established (45-20 and 40-24)

We lose our best running back, top 3 receivers, and a really good TE. Also, though not announced officially, many are expecting our best defender to declare for the draft also.

It will be interesting to see if our new old coach can reload and continue beating BYU.
