I know you're kinda joking, but this really is the way our

fat, lazy minds tend to work and it's terrible. It is true that nothing tastes as good as fit and healthy feel. But I do understand the temptation, we've evolved to want to gorge and binge and it's killing us, making us lethargic, sedentary, and lulled into a waking coma.

Sorry to be the debbi downer, but it's seriously one of the biggest problems in our country right now.

Females don’t need a lot of weight and it’s based on strength of ligaments not how big your muscles are.
