I've recently enjoyed some success in increasing my strength in the bigger 4 compound lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, OHP) and today was another PR.
435lbs on the deadlift.
That may not be a lot to some of the more advanced people on the board, but I am only 190lbs and what I would call a "novice" when it comes to powerlifting type training. I'd love to get to 2.5x body weight and I think I am well on my way!
Anyone else having a stellar Monday morning?!
