IMHO the only Japanese automaker with a lick of design sense is Mazda.

Toyota and Nissan could do some innovative, cool things with the Lexus and Infiniti brands but their designs are so uninspiring. They're nice cars... but boring to me. A few examples come through that goes against this but over all their designs are lacking.

For pricing I think they're targeting a budget luxury price. Probably $40k - $50k starting.

Judging by the photos of some of the concepts, I wouldn't be surprised if it started in price at $33-35k
