Build or buy. I like building things and have decent tools to do so but I am no craftsman. Easy enough to build?

Concrete slab or just solid pavers? I am leaning concrete. There will be a paver patio in front of the shed with a fire pit but I think the shed still needs its own slab.

I want to run power to the shed. Can electrical conduit safely run parallel to an irrigation line or do I need to dig two trenches. I should probably have an electrician install another breaker in my box to feed the shed. I assume a single breaker would cover lights, power tools, and charging of other power tool batteries?

Would you add an electrical conduit to the slab so wires can come up from underneath or is it better to have it attach to the wall by the ground?
