best college OL coaches over the next few years (hopefully) sounds like a huge win for the future of the program. I was worried Pugh and Grimes would leave together at some point and we'd be back at square one.

I'd also be happy with getting a very good, experienced coach, but outside of that, I think hiring Dallas has a lot of upside.
