and NYG. Unless Foles becomes a FA, I can't see philly taking him to either of those teams within the division. Jaguars do as well, but they may draft one, and don't have a lot of salary cap to sign Foles long term without cutting a lot of their defense. Broncos just signed a backup in Keenum, I think Elway may be reluctant to give even more money to a career backup and probably looks at the draft. Dolphins may rebuild and wait until 2020 to draft a QB (tua or Herbert are the initial front runners to go early in the draft)

It will be interesting first to see what Philly does lf Foles opts out, and second what kind of majesty he has.

I think Giants are the best fit as they have weapons to surround him with in OBJ, Barkley and Engram, and could compete with a better QB and slightly improved defense.
