If you are worried about the gift tax just hire an accountant because
you are filthy rich.
As of 2018, a taxpayer does not pay gift tax until they have given away over $11.2 million in their lifetime. If you are giving away that type of money then I'm guessing your accountants can figure out a way to get you out of it.
