days on this topic. Two things of note; Mitchell is flourishing in the point guard spot, and the Jazz defense has been absolutely elite.
That said, the offense as a whole has actually taken a step back since Rubio and Exum went out. The defense and Mitchell have been playing well enough to win games against some average to below average teams, but the offense (outside of Donovan) hasn’t been great.
That said, I’m still of the opinion that Mitchell should play PG, or at least initiate the offense more than he does when Rubio is on the court.
