My gorgeous and amazing wife has pneumonia, and so I told her that I would make dinner tomorrow.

She said, semi-jokingly, "So, I guess we're eating The Pie Pizzeria for dinner." (I did that once- eight years ago, on the Sunday she and my daughter came home from the hospital.)

She's an incredible cook. I'm alright. But I'm looking to make her something that will both nourish my family, AND show her up a little bit. 🙂

Any suggestions?

PS. My younger brother borroed/stole my grill, so it will have to be something I can prepare it inside.
