There are SOO many “bang-bang” plays. You know the one I’m talking about....slot receiver runs a slant on 3rd and 4 (or a wideout runs a hitch). As the ball is getting there the defender hits him in the back. No catch. No flag. Punt coming.

If you make that type of play reviewable, we could EASILY see another 2-3 reviews each game.

If reviews only took about 30 seconds, it’s not the end of the world. But every review seems to take about 5 minutes, and some games have so many reviews it comes close to unwatchable.

I’m fine leaving it up to the refs decision in the moment. If it’s true that one ref thought this ball was tipped so he didn’t throw the flag, then the communication issue is a big deal. And that’s just turrible.
