1) it's as obvious as there ever was a call

2) there are multiple non calls

3) the line judge is 5 yrds away standing on the EZ line making an incomplete call.

4) the DB said he intentionally caused PI and ment to get the call. Was surpised he didn't

The ref released a response and said he thought the ball was tipped at LOS which is why he didn't make the call.

5) so the ref said it was a PI and still didn't make the call. His job was to officiate the deep zone of the field. He should have never even been watching LOS, it's not his job. He should throw the flag for the call and allow replay or head official to wave it off for touching at LOS.

There are so many things wrong with the play from start to finish. The sad part is it's done and there is nothing that can fix the outcome of a poor execution of a job. This official had one job at that moment and he failed at the highest possibility.
