Doesn't matter. We just had an area 70 visit for stake conference who felt

inadequate to the task having not served as a bishop or stake president, which he expressed to President Packer. President Packer said "I have not been a full-time missionary, a bishop, or a stake president, and am now serving as President of the Quorum of the 12. Do you have any more concerns for me?" He did not.
