I introduced myself to my playing partners on the first tee and after shaking hands one of them said, “so let me guess - is the Y for Yale or Wyoming?” I gave him my best puzzles look and responded its for BYU to which he replied, “that would have been my next guess.”

I was trying to figure out how he came up with Wyoming from looking at a white hat with a blue Y. All I could come up with was this guy May really think there isn’t a “W” in Wyoming.

I asked him who he roots for and he quickly responded New Mexico and then I understood.
