It’s where the patella ligament is ruptured completely. Pulling the knee cap into the thigh. It then detached the
Muscle from the leg so you can no longer lift your leg. The surgery is brutal and recovery is worse. Usually ends professional athletes careers. They dont return to their same level of play.
