It’s hard to go to bbq joints without feeling like it’s overpriced.
BBQ is a tricky thing, it can either be really really good, or it can be just okay. The cost (especially for brisket) is too much to get a just “okay” meal.

I like turkey but when I go to a BBQ joint I generally want ribs, brisket, etc.
