Made a reservation on booking.com in October for this next weekend. Recieved an email last night that the owners have pulled the rental.

The home is managed through a rental agency and they are the ones emailing us. What seems shady is that we are being told to request a cancellation so we can get our money back. In addition to sounding shady is there anything I can do? I need to look at the contract. It sounds like the rental agency screwed up and is trying to cover there mistakes.
